Your cellist for every occasion!
I’m a freelancing cellist and I work with both live gigs and recordings. Other than music I also have an education as a mathematics and physics teacher.
I started playing the cello in 1997 in “Musikinstitutet Legato” and played there until i graduated from Närpes Gymnasium in 2007. During my teacher studies I didn’t play the cello very actively, but in 2015 I I found my passion for the cello again and in 2018, after teaching maths and physics for 4 years, I decided to get education in music.
Currently I’m studying to become a cellist at Novia University of Applied Sciences in Jakobstad, Finland. The education is classical but I take some rhythm classes as I would like to be a versatile musician.
My interests in music lies in live performances, recordings and producing and arranging all kinds of music. I have been doing gigs since 2015 and I’m looking forward to more!
